Indoors, The View covers 380 m2 with tasteful décor and generous spaces. The living and dining area extends over 82 m2 and includes an open fireplace, satellite TV, radio, a stereo system, and a DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The villa accommodates up to 8 people with four bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and satellite TV. Two of these bedrooms also have their own bathroom. Additionally, there is another bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, The View is set in a quiet and sunny environment, surrounded by a fenced plot of 1,200 m2. Here, you can enjoy absolute privacy. The heated pool with internal stairs invites you to swim and relax. On the terrace and in the garden, you'll find comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area for sociable meals outdoors.
The Villa The View is located in Golden Valley, just 4.5 km from the center of Moraira and the nearest sandy beach. The nearest supermarket, restaurant, and bar are conveniently located just 1.3 km away. Golf enthusiasts will find a golf course 7.6 km away.
We make it easy: Our accommodations come with bedding and towels. Summer bedding (without lining) is provided from May 1st to September 31st, and winter bedding with lining from October 1st to April 30th. Electricity and water are included in the price in standard household quantities.
