With a living area of 85 m², it is lovingly furnished and fully equipped, making it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca.
On the first floor, there is an open living and dining area with a modern kitchen, from which you have direct access to the balcony. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The lower floor has two cozy bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. There is also a separate small apartment on the lower level near the terrace. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink, but without a stove.
The terrace invites you to relax, while the communal pool is right opposite the house. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area and offers numerous amenities such as a garden, garden furniture, a BBQ grill and parking on the property. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the property, while free WiFi and a Smart TV provide entertainment.
