Welcome to the bungalow in Denia! This comfortable vacation home is perfect for families and can accommodate up to 5 people. With its 3 bedrooms and 100 m² of living space, there is enough room to feel comfortable.
The location of the bungalow is simply unbeatable: you are just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach (300 Meters). Here you can enjoy the sea and sun or take long walks on the beach.
The outdoor area of the vacation home is very appealingly designed. You can use the private garden with garden furniture and barbecue area or relax on the terrace. The property is fenced so you don't have to worry about the safety of your children.
The vacation home has a modern equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. You have access to an internet connection (WLAN), central heating and air conditioning, as well as a covered parking space on the property. There is also a television with satellite TV in German.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. You will also find all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
We make it easy: Our accommodations have bedding and towels. Summer bed linen (without lining) from 01/05 – 31/09, winter bed linen with lining from 01/10 – 30/04 Electricity and water are included in the price in normal household quantities.

Our stay at the bungalow in Denia was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled with everything this vacation home had to offer.
First of all, the location couldn't have been better. Being just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach was a dream come true. We spent our days soaking up the sun and taking long walks along the shore - it was pure bliss. The outdoor area of the bungalow was also wonderful. We loved having our own private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The fenced property gave us peace of mind, especially with our children running around. Inside, the bungalow was modern and well-equipped with everything we needed. The separate kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we could ask for, making meal preparation a breeze. Having access to amenities like internet connection, central heating, and air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and having access to bedding and towels made packing much easier. Plus, having a covered parking space on the property was a nice bonus. Overall, our stay at the bungalow in Denia exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location, and we can't wait to come back again soon! |
